In the project area, Kuruvakkalam Village , Pollachi District of Tamilnadu State, South India the mission has purchased nine acres of land in which it is proposed to construct “ANPIN KARAM” for Children affected with HIV/AIDS.
In our target area most of the people living with sad situation, many are with out proper medical Care, Alcoholism and drugs, malnutrition, sex workers, environmental pollution, women, and youth are to be sensitized to the issues and problems.
In association with our programme World Council of Churches (WCC) funded to start the initial project and it’s in progress to achieve our goals.
St Thomas English Medium School is the new initiative/venture of the diocese in this area. Presently the school has classes from nursery till 1 Std. The present strength of the school is 73. The school was started for educating the children of unprivileged community especially for the Children Affected with HIV/AIDS,
